Rail/truck to ship unloading system
TEC’s Rail/Truck to Ship Loading System delivers a complete, containerised solution for transferring hot bitumen from road tankers or rail wagons directly to vessels. Housed within a relocatable 40ft high-cube container, the system is engineered for flexible, efficient port-side operations without requiring permanent infrastructure.
Capable of simultaneously unloading up to four vehicles, the system enhances loading speed, reduces demurrage costs, and ensures thermal consistency through thermostatically controlled trace heating and insulated pipework. Integrated load monitoring, blowback functionality, and quick-connect systems maximise operational reliability and turnaround times.
